Meet the Builders
Jack Gorman earned a BS in Construction Management from Purdue University in 2013. Jack is a fourth generation builder whose hands-on experience building custom homes has given him a thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge of the entire construction process. Jack has worked with some of the top custom builders in Boston, and he has developed strong relationships with many highly qualified subcontractors, vendors and tradesmen.
John Gorman earned a BA in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College in 1982 and spent the next 10 years building custom homes in Connecticut for Gorman Homes, Inc. As a division manager, John oversaw all aspects of the company including land acquisition, development and construction. During his tenure, he was intimately involved in the construction of over 50 custom homes in various neighborhoods. Upon finishing law school in 1995, John also spent 19 years working in various capacities with the Massachusetts Highway Department on the Central Artery/Tunnel project in Boston and for Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.
In 2013, John and Jack decided it was time to take all of the knowledge and experience they had gained and put it to work for their own company, allowing them to focus specifically on the needs and desires of today’s home buyer ensuring that they have a positive homebuilding experience from beginning to end.
